Our Executive Chef, Marcondes Almeida Neto, is the mastermind behind our culinary creations. With 16 years of experience and a background in gastronomy, Marcondes has worked in various restaurants in London, UK, where he learned and acquired the European cooking style. His passion for Mediterranean seafood led him to Italy, where he discovered the importance of seafood in Europe’s kitchens.
