All our bookings are managed online. Please use the section above to reserve a table for groups of up to 14 people. If you are in groups of 14+, kindly refer to our enquiries form on the functions page and request our set menu options.

Booking Conditions

  • We are a small venue with limited seats, so as a courtesy it is extremely important that you agree to contact the restaurant if you have any changes, updates or need to cancel your booking.
  • In order to offer reservations to as many guests as possible, we have implemented the below dining times. All bookings are required to adhere to these:
    a. 1 – 3 people – 2 hours
    b. 4 – 5 people – 2.5 hours
    c. 6 – 8 people – 3 hours
    d. over 10+ people – 3.5 hours.
  • It is the guest’s responsibility to be on time for their reservation. We cannot extend a booking if you are running late due to accommodating two sittings per service.
  • Please note that Cooly Breeze Rooftop has a limited number of beachfront and balcony tables. To ensure fairness, table allocations will be based on the date and the size of your booking. Be sure to include your request in your booking notes and it will be catered for by the venue as best as possible.
  • 10% service charge on weekends and a 15% surcharge on public holidays.

How do I access Cooly Breeze rooftop bar and restaurant?

You’ll find us on the 13th floor of the Beachcomber International Resort in Coolangatta. Please enter through the ground floor lobby and take the elevator up to the 13th floor. Follow the signs, and you’ll arrive at our venue, where stunning breathtaking views of Coolangatta Beach await.

Where can I park ahead of my booking at Cooly Breeze?

There is plenty of street parking available outside the Beachcomber International Resort along Griffith Street. You can also find convenient underground parking at The Strand, just a short two-minute walk from our building, or near Coolangatta Beach.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. This allows us to accommodate other guests who may be waiting for a table.

Can I make special requests?

Absolutely! We strive to accommodate special requests whenever possible. Please mention any dietary restrictions or preferences when making your reservation, and we will do our best to meet your needs.

What are seating arrangements?

We offer both indoor and outdoor seating with stunning views of Coolangatta beach. When making a reservation, you can specify your preference, and we will do our best to accommodate it. Please note that outdoor seating is subject to availability and weather conditions.

How do I modify my reservation?

To modify your reservation, simply contact us directly via phone or email. We recommend making changes at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Our team is here to assist you with any adjustments you need.

What if I'm late?

If you're running late, please give us a call to let us know. We will hold your table for a reasonable time, but if you arrive too late, we may need to release it for other guests. Your dining experience is important to us, so we appreciate your communication.
